PPE Catalogue
The master list of standard PPE items, maintained here. It becomes the selection source when issuing equipment to employees, so each item carries a product photo. 0 items.
Concession Approvers
Per entity, two concession approvers plus the production analysts — drawn from the user list. The Standard approver signs off all concessions; the Escalated approver is the second person required only when the severity impact is Extreme with low controls.
